“I want you to know how impressed I was by the three men, Chad, Kevin and Aaron who came to trim my trees. When they arrived I was introduced to each by name. Together, we reviewed what was to be done and then they worked cooperatively to do a superb job of completing the task. They were courteous to me and to each other, there was absolutely no foul language, a rare thing today! There was a branch that would not ordinarily be removed in regular trimming but it was felt it would improve the tree if it was removed. Before they went ahead I was asked about it and told why it would be beneficial. When the job was completed all areas, including the street where the chipper was were left immaculate. I would certainly recommend Maple Hill to anyone.”

“We live on the side of a hill in a dense woods. Two trees were particularly formidable –one hanging over a cliff onto the roof; the other. a 100 foot hollow tree leaning towards the house. It had already lost a foot wide limb that missed the house by six inches. When the crew came to fell those trees, I saw that they had to take many safety precautions because of the unusual danger. I just assumed they would charge more than the written estimate. However, they did not.

Also, when they came to our place, they allowed my very large boisterous dogs to greet them. My dogs liked them a lot, so they settled down and did not bark while they worked. At the end of their incredible achievement, the men were courteous enough to thank me for hiring them. My dogs lined up to say good-bye and the men were kind enough to pet them. A really good experience. I will hire them again.”
